Review of Black moon by Jessica McQuay

I received this book for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review:

I gave ‘Black Moon’ 4 stars and here is why:

Paige Taylor finds out she is a half fairy when she starts noticing strange abilities she seems to possess. She finds out that her mum is a fairy who fell in love with a human when she was only young and in doing this she gets banished from Varulean(The Fairy Dimension).
Her grandparents are the king and queen of the fairies and she finds it hard to become royal when she herself is just an awkward teenager.

I liked the concept behind the book but you can tell this is a new authors writing as it is not as executed in some parts but I am sure that this will keep improving as the next books in the series come out and I will be reading them for sure!
